Rumble strips on Georia highway

The bicycle of an injured traveler sits at the edge of the road after he was struck from behind by a motorist. According to accounts at SavannahNow.com, the bicyclists was weaving in and out of the travel lane while trying to avoid riding over the rumble strips.

Rumble strips

Rumble strips installed on a Newport Way between Bellevue and Issaquah. An extremely wide shoulder to the right allows plenty of room for bicyclists; the problem occurs when a cyclist has to make a left turn over the bumps.
