Trek and the Consumer Product Safety Commission are urging owners to stop using the bikes and contact dealers for a free replacement seat post. The bikes are made in Taiwan and were sold from September 2014 to July 2015 in the US for $5,300 for the FS SL and $3,500 for the X1 and XT models.
