If you ride the dirt and paved trails operated by King County (WA) Parks, you might want to participate in an online survey.

It takes about 10 minutes to fill out.

The park folks want to know how we use their facilities, what we like and don't like about them, and how we think they can be improved.

It can't hurt if they hear from a lot of respondents who ride their road or mountain bikes on the 145 miles of regional trails throughout the county.

The survey is at http://kcpsurvey.questionpro.com/ and is open until Sept. 14. If you leave your email address, you'll be eligible to win a CamelBak Hydration Pack.

The park staff also has been conducting in-person interviews at several parks. Upcoming interviews will be conducted:

8 to 10 a.m., Sept. 8 at Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park
9 to 11 a.m., Sept. 10 along the Soos Creek Trail.
