I wouldn't try this at home, kids. The bike rider's helmetless head hitting the pavement is just half the problem; how about getting speared in the gut by the handlebars?
Otherwise, it looks like a sweet ride for tooling around some flat beach towns.
I ran across the image at CruiserKing (danke!) and learned a little more about it at “Instructables: Step by Step Collaboration”. The website is full of how-to projects for dog toys, games, robotic arms, windmills, you name it.
For this “curvy bike” project, the guy cut the headset off a beach cruiser and extended the frame and handlebars. Look for “explore” on the website and search “bike.”
