VisionTech USA is recalling 4 brands of its aero bars that can crack or break.
The Auburn, Washington, company is making the recall in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission after receiving two reports of the centerpiece breaking, causing minor injuries.

The aero bars were made in the US and sold in bicycle speciality stores from March 2002 to March 2003 under the models VisionTech USA SuperMax, TriMax, TriMax Plus, and Pro. The cost about $435 each.
Cyclists who believe they may have the faulty aero bars should contact VisionTech USA toll free at (866) 204-5798, pin #0118 between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday through Friday.
