Seven US riders in Tour de Georgia's top 10

Danish cyclist Brian Vandborg (CSC) won Friday's stage of  the Tour de Georgia in a close finish in Dahlonega, according to the running commentary at CyclingNews.

Ranked 10th in the overall standings at the start of the day, he'll move up on Americans Floyd Landis, David Zabriskie, and Bobby Julich in the overall standings and past Lance Armstrong.

In the general classification, the top 10 are Landis (1), Zabriskie, Julich, Levi Leipheimer, and Tom Danielson, all Americans, followed by Viatchslav Ekimov (Russia), Vandborg, Armstrong, Jose Azevedo (Portugal), and Danny Pate (USA).

Closely following Vandborg at the finish line were Viatchslav Ekimov (Discovery), Marco Pinotti (Saunier Duval), and American Jason McCartney (Discovery). A group containing the overall leaders crossed the line about 50 seconds behind Vandborg.
