Lance Armstrong finishes #3 in Tour de Georgia

Just two days after announcing he'd retire after this year's Tour de France, Lance Armstrong appears to be getting back to his winning form.

Armstrong finished #3 behind Peter Wrolich of Gerolsteiner and Manuel Quinziato of Saunier Duval Prodir in Wednesday's stage of the Tour de Georgia. Armstrong sits in fifth place overall.

The surprise winner of Paris-Nice, American Bobby Julich, riding for CSC, finished in fifth place.
